Ingredients
- 1 - 4 inch seeded hamburger bun, such as king hawaiian sandwich bun if you want to spoil yourself
- 6 ounces ground chuck (80/20) hamburger patty
- - seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 6-8 - crinkle cut kosher dill pickle chips
- 3 ounces thinly sliced grilled pastrami
- 1 slice pepper jack cheese (or cheese of your choice
- 2 ounces caramelized yellow onion
- 1 tablespoon mustard, spicy brown
How To Make frosty's burger

Step 1Heat a flat griddle to medium high.

Step 2Put the bun on the griddle to toast it.

Step 3Then place the hamburger patty on the griddle and sprinkle with seasoning salt.

Step 4When the bun is toasted, remove from the griddle and set it in your prep area.

Step 5Put the ketchup on the bottom part of the bun, them the pickle.

Step 6Make sure to spread them out so that every flavor is in every bite.

Step 7Place the pastrami on the griddle and sear away.

Step 8Flip the hamburger patty, sprinkle with seasoning salt and cook to desired doneness.

Step 9Place the cheese on top and melt.

Step 10Add the pastrami on top of the cheese.

Step 11Top the pastrami with the caramelized onions.

Step 12Now all you have left is the top part of the bun and the brown mustard.

Step 13Squirt or spread the brown mustard on the bun top and place it on the grilled onions.
