My husband and I did a friendly competition once and we made Fattys, which is hamburger, sausage, or other meats of your choosing. Cheese (heat sensitive works best), and you can add in onions or peppers, or pretty much whatever you like. Then you weave bacon and wrap it around the Fatty, and cook it on the smoker until it is done. So we were at the lake and wanted the same taste only an easier version, so now we make the Fatty Patties. I like to eat mine with mayo and cucumbers and onions that I make with vinegar, water, sugar, salt, pepper, cucumbers and onions. Happy Cooking!

- 2 pounds ground portk
- 1 pound ground sausage
- 1 pound ground bacon
How To Make fatty patties

Step 1Mix all ingredients together and form into patties. Cook on grill, griddle, in a pan on the stove top, or in a pan in the oven until done.
