My oldest son does not like quinoa so I figured out some form of getting him to eat it; they go perfect with any salad and you can use them as a healthier burger.

Ingredients
- 500 grams quinoa, cooked
- 1 box instant mashed potatoes
- - vegetable or chicken broth
- 2 - eggs
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- - salt, pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- - canola oil for frying
How To Make easy quinoa patties

Step 1In a large bowl combine cooked quinoa with instant mashed potatoes (add broth until the mix is not too dry).

Step 2Add eggs, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well.

Step 3Heat oil in pan.

Step 4Form patties and fry until golden.
