My oldest son does not like quinoa so I figured out some form of getting him to eat it; they go perfect with any salad and you can use them as a healthier burger.

Ingredients

  • 500 grams quinoa, cooked
  • 1 box instant mashed potatoes
  • - vegetable or chicken broth
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • - salt, pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
  • - canola oil for frying

How To Make easy quinoa patties

  • Step 1
    In a large bowl combine cooked quinoa with instant mashed potatoes (add broth until the mix is not too dry).
  • Step 2
    Add eggs, garlic, salt, pepper and oregano and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Heat oil in pan.
  • Step 4
    Form patties and fry until golden.
