This was very good, however I would add more onions next time. If you don't like onions, just go with the original recipe I posted.

Method:
Slow Cooker Crock Pot

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb
    hamburger patties, thin
  • 2-3
    small cans baked beans
  • 5-7 medium
    potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 1 medium
    onion, sliced and separated
  • 1/4 c
    ketchup mixed with 1/4 c water
  • ·
    salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Crock Pot Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Start with beans and layer 3-5 layers of each of potatoes, onions, beans and hamburger, ending with beans. Pour ketchup over the top. Cover and turn crockpot on high. This may overflow. Forget for 6-8 hours. Then turn to low for 1 hour.
