Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 package dry onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 6 hamburger buns
  • 1 cup thousand island dressing
  • 8 ounces shredded lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

How To Make cheesy meatball burgers

  • Step 1
    Stir together beef, cheese, egg, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire, and mustard. Shape mixture into 6 patties.
  • Step 2
    Cook patties, in batches, in a large skillet, 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in centers.
  • Step 3
    Serve patties on buns with dressing, lettuce, and tomatoes.
