Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 large egg
- 1 package dry onion soup mix
- 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 6 hamburger buns
- 1 cup thousand island dressing
- 8 ounces shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
How To Make cheesy meatball burgers

Step 1Stir together beef, cheese, egg, onion soup mix, bread crumbs, ketchup, relish, Worcestershire, and mustard. Shape mixture into 6 patties.

Step 2Cook patties, in batches, in a large skillet, 5 to 6 minutes per side, or until no longer pink in centers.

Step 3Serve patties on buns with dressing, lettuce, and tomatoes.
