Ingredients
- 1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 8 ounces can tomato sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon each salt, cajun seasoning, and cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese divided
- 4 large hawaiian rolls
How To Make cheesy beef sliders

Step 1Mix the ground beef, onion, and garlic together in a skillet. Cook until meat is no longer pink. Drain. Add the meat back to the pan. Add the seasonings and tomato sauce. Cook 1 minute. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese and cook until melted.

Step 2Preheat oven 350 degrees. Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half. Grease a baking sheet. Place the bottom of the rolls on the sheet. Top with the meat. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese. Add the top of the Hawaiian rolls. Melt the butter and brush on the top of the rolls.

Step 3Bake for 15 minutes.
