How To Make cheeseburger sliders
-
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
2Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. When it is about halfway browned, add the onion and continue cooking until the beef is brown and the onion is soft. Carefully remove any excess fat.
-
3Reduce the heat to low and add the garlic. Cook for a minute while stirring. Stir in the mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper.
-
4Slice the Hawaiian buns in half without separating them. Lay the slices of cheddar on the bottom half. Spoon the ground mixture on top of the sliced cheddar. Evenly sprinkle the shredded cheese over the ground beef.
-
5If desired, add pickles and cover with the top buns. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
-
6Bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden brown.
