- 1 Tlb worcestershire sauce
- 3 Cloves minced garlic
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper

Step 1In a large bowl, mix together the beef, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper garlic powder. Refrigerate for 2 to 4 hours.

Step 3Form burgers into 1/2 inch thick patties. Lightly oil grate. Place burgers on grill. Cook for approximately 6 minutes, turning once.

Ingredients for garlic mayo. 3 cloves garlic paste 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 tablespoons fresh-squeezed lemon juice 1/4 teaspoons salt Add the garlic to a small bowl, and whisk together with the rest of the ingredients. Wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop. Serve cold.
