Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef 15% fat
- 1 cup bacon jam
How To Make bacon jam burgers

Step 1Combine ground beef and bacon jam, form into 3 to 4 patties.

Step 2Place on hot side of the grill to sear (two minutes to each side).

Step 3After the searing is done move the patties to the lesser heated side of the grill to continue cooking until the desired level of doneness is achieved.
