Ingredients For 4th street burger (grain burger)

2 1/2 crolled oats

3/4 cwhole wheat pastry flour

3/4 csunflower seeds

3/4 csesame seeds
- INDIVIDUALLY COOK:

1 cdry lentils

3/4 cdry millet
-
2 cbrown rice
-
3/4 cdry bulgur soaked in 3/4 cup water
- THEN SAUTE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS UNTIL THE ONIONS ARE SOFTENED:

1 1/2 cspanish onion, chopped small

1/2 ctamari

2 Tbspprocessed garlic
-
3 Tbsporegano
-
1/3 cbasil
-
4 Tbspdijon mustard
How To Make 4th street burger (grain burger)

1Mix all ingredients from first section together and bake separately in an oven at 375*F for 20 minutes

2Mix all dry ingredients together and then mix in the wet ingredients. Scoop out individual portions and form into patties. Place these on parchment paper on baking sheets. Bake in oven at 375*f for 25 minutes. Should turn slightly brown and crisp on bottom.

3Recommendations: Serve atop whole grain bun with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onion and organic cheese or fresh avocado.
