Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 3/4 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 3/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 3/4 cup sesame seeds
- INDIVIDUALLY COOK:
- 1 cup dry lentils
- 3/4 cup dry millet
- 2 cups brown rice
- 3/4 cup dry bulgur soaked in 3/4 cup water
- THEN SAUTE THE FOLLOWING ITEMS UNTIL THE ONIONS ARE SOFTENED:
- 1 1/2 cups spanish onion, chopped small
- 1/2 cup tamari
- 2 tablespoons processed garlic
- 3 tablespoons oregano
- 1/3 cup basil
- 4 tablespoons dijon mustard

Step 1Mix all ingredients from first section together and bake separately in an oven at 375*F for 20 minutes

Step 2Mix all dry ingredients together and then mix in the wet ingredients. Scoop out individual portions and form into patties. Place these on parchment paper on baking sheets. Bake in oven at 375*f for 25 minutes. Should turn slightly brown and crisp on bottom.

Step 3Recommendations: Serve atop whole grain bun with lettuce, tomato, caramelized onion and organic cheese or fresh avocado.
