How to Make Zucchini Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice zucchini either long ways or in medallions. Set aside. Brown hamburg as if your making chili or a sauce.
  2. slice tomatoes, clean and slice peppers into strips, clean and slice mushrooms, peel onions and slice them into rings. Add mushrooms tomatoes peppers and onions into a bowl and sprinkle the garlic powder, oregano and basil over the veggies and toss so that the veggies are covered.
  3. Layer the zucchini in a 9x12 pan so that you can make two layers...layer 1/2 of the veggies on top of the zucchini and then 1/2 of the meat on top of the veggies. 1/2 the cheese on top of the meat. Another layer of zucchini and the whole process over again ending with the cheese
