This is a great way to use up that extra Zuchini that you get all at the same time.. Also if you have a picky eater that does not care for veggies.. This is a perfect way.. Very good and pretty simple.. Enjoy and God Bless!!!

How to Make Zucchini Pizza Casserole

Step-by-Step

Mix first 5 ingredients together. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes in a greased 9x12 cake pan.
Meanwhile brown Hamburger with onion, oregano, and basil. When done add 15 oz. tomato sauce.. Mushrooms green pepper optional.
Pour on top of Zuchini mixture. Top with cheeses and bake for 20 minutes longer at 400 degrees
