zesty tomato mac and beef
I cut this recipe out of a magazine many years ago. It is simple and has been a family favorite. The green chilies give it a little "zip".

1 lbground beef

1 cchopped onion

1 can14.5 oz zesty diced tomatoes with mild green chilies

1 cdried elbow macaroni
-
1 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 canmushrooms
-
1 can8 oz tomato sauce
How To Make zesty tomato mac and beef

1Brown ground beef with onion.

2Cook macaroni and mix the ground beef mixture and add tomato sauce and tomatoes with chilies.

3Pour into greased 2 quart casserole dish and top with cheese.

4Bake 30 minutes covered, uncover and bake 15 additional minutes.
