Ingredients
- 3 pounds hamburger
- 6 - potatoes, diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cans green beans
- 2 cans corn
- 1 can carrots
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup jalapeños, the jarred kind works great
- - beef seasoning, to taste
- - salt and pepper
- - couple dashes oregano
How To Make zesty hamburger soup
-
Step 1Brown hamburger in skillet. Drain.
-
Step 2Place all ingredients in slow cooker or on the stove and cook until potatoes and onions are done. I put mine in a slow cooker on low heat during the day while at work.
-
Step 3*I pour a tad bit of the juice from the jalapeños in the soup, just to add that extra kick!! Also, you may need to add more tomato sauce/water/etc. This soup is thicker and some like their soup with more juice. I also use fresh carrots instead of canned carrots. This may require a longer cook time.
