I love lasagna but it can be so time consuming. I decided to try this the other night and it turned out fabulous. It was faster, less time consuming, and adults and children loved it. So that makes it a success in my books. But we didn't take a picture before it was all gone.

ground beef
1 medium
chopped onions
1/2 medium
bell peppers
1 pkg
medium of elbow macaroni
2 jar(s)
speghetti sauce or homemade
1 large
sour cream
2 c
italian cheese
2 c
cheddar cheese
2 c
parmesean cheese
1 Tbsp
granulated garlic
2 tsp
italian seasoning
1 pinch
salt and pepper
1 pkg

How to Make Zee's Derailed Lasagna


  • 1Brown the ground beef off in a skillet. Add onion and bell pepper till tender. Then saute with the seasonings of garlic, italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Then add the sauce. Cut the pepperoni in fourths. Add to sauce and saute for three to 4 minutes.
  • 2Boil elbow macaroni but leave a little adente. That way it will not be overcooked. Add macaroni to sauce.
  • 3Place mixture in bowls, Place italian, cheddar, and parmesean cheese's on top. Set in microwave until chesse is melted. Then place sour cream over the top. Enjoy
