My crockpot is my friend! This easy to make recipe is truly delicious. You can add additional veggies you love. Thicken the left over juice for a lovely gravy if you like.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 medium package of red potatoes
- 1 pound organic carrots
- 1/2 - bulb of garlic
- 1 quart water
- 2 tablespoons beef base
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 sprig rosemary
- 2 - quartered onions
How To Make yummy pot roast

Step 1Gather all ingredients.

Step 2Put a crockpot liner into crockpot.

Step 3Half red potatoes and put into crockpot.

Step 4Add whole carrots to crockpot.

Step 5Add 2 quartered onions to crockpot.

Step 6Place pot roast on top of veggies. Salt & pepper to taste.

Step 7Boil 1 quart of water on the stove.

Step 8Add two tablespoons of beef base. Dissolve base in water.

Step 9Add the beef base to the crockpot. You can use beef stock instead of beef base but make it a really good stock.

Step 10Add one sprig of Rosemary.

Step 11Set crockpot to low and cook 6-8 hours.
