I was taught to make this from my father. I have changed it to my liking though and absolutely love this version much better!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    ground sausage
  • 1/2 pkg
    ritz crackers crushed
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 pkg
    meatloaf seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 dash(es)
    onion powder
  • 1 dash(es)
    garlic powder

How to Make Yummy Meatloaf

Step-by-Step

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl by hand, making sure all ingredients are well incorporated.
  3. place mixture into a 9x13 baking pan and form into a loaf shape. Cover with foil and bake for about 1 hour or until loaf is completely cooked through. Once the loaf is finished cooked cover top of loaf with Ketchup and place loaf (uncovered) back in oven for 5-10 minutes. Take loaf out and enjoy!
