I like to cut up potatoes and baby carrots and place them on each side of the loaf. I bake them at the same time.

How To Make yummy meatloaf

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Crush Ritz crackers mix with beef,onion soup and egg.

place in baking dish. shape to form a loaf.

when loaf is shaped sprinkle with pepper, garlic powder, onion powder and then squirt ketchup on top. bake ONE hour
