- Most importantly, generously season all ingredients; flour, egg dip, and meat.
- I use pie plates. Place flour in one. Mix eggs and milk together and place in another pie plate.
- THIS IS MY METHOD FOR COOKING THESE: I put enough oil in my skillet to totally submerge the meat, like deep frying without a deep fryer. I have an electric stove and I place the heat on 6. Make sure your oil is good an hot (but not too hot)before putting meat in. If you drop a little flour in the oil and it starts sizzling, you know it's hot enough. Don't overcrowd your pan. My steaks were pretty big so I only placed two in the pan at one time. MY SECRET: after placing the meat in, turn (flip) your steaks every 2-3 min. until they are beautifully brown. Mine took about 12-15 min. each.
