How to Make Yum-yum Roast
- 1Place roast into roasting dish. Pour broth and water over roast. Sprinkle with onion soup. Cover.
- 2Bake at 500 degrees for one hour. Then turn the oven temperature down to 250 degrees, and continue to cook for 3-4 more hours. Keep the dish covered the entire time it cooks. Serve. OMG, this is good. Use the pan drippings for gravy or as desired.
