1make burger patties any size you like, place in dry skillet over medium heat. clean onions, slice in half and slice halves in half moons. scatter all onion on top of cooking burgers, add salt and pepper to taste. cover with lid. leave heat at medium and try not to lift lid for 15 minutes. onions will be steamed. time to flip burgers. add velvetta cheese slices and cover again. wait 10-15 minutes, check burgers. cheese will be completely melted and onions carmelized...when adding cheese slices to burgers, you may move onions or put cheese on bugers with onions already on them. there is so much cheesy goodness it doesnt matter. these are heavenly if you are a burger lover!!
