- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- GARNISH:
- - lettuce leaves
- - tomato slices
- - onion slices
- - pickle slices
- - ketchup
- - mustard
How To Make wisconsin blue burgers

Step 1Combine ground beef, salt, pepper and milk. Shape into 8 patties. Make an indentation in center of each with the back of a tablespoon. Place on grill or in large skillet, indentation side down.

Step 2When browned on this side, turn over and fill indentation with crumbled cheese. Continue cooking to desired doneness. Serve on toasted buns with assorted garnish.
