- 4 cups wild rice, cooked
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1.25 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
How To Make wild rice meat loaf

Step 1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; mix well.

Step 2Firmly press into a greased 9x5x3\" loaf pan.

Step 3Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 70 minutes.

Step 4Cover with foil during the last 15 minutes if the top is browning too quickly.
