Ingredients
- 10 - white castle hamburgers...no pickles........if frozen, thaw.
- 1-1/2 cup celery....diced
- 1-1/2 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/1/4 teaspoon ground thyme
- 3/4 teaspoon coarsley ground black pepper

Step 1In a large bowl, tear the burgers into pieces and add celery and seasonings. Toss. Add the chicken broth. Toss again. Stuff cavity of your turkey, just before roasting. Makes about 9 cups, enough for a 10-12 pound turkey. Note: Allow1 hamburger for each pound of turkey, which will be the equivalent of 3/4 cupof stuffing per pound.

Step 2I have made this with my recipe: "TURKEY BREAST ROAST & a mayonaise trick" gravy recipe included. See second picture. ................... Put the dressing in a covered casserole dish...with a little of the turkey juices added when dressing was 1/2 cooked..Bake 1 hour at 325F.
