brown sugar
1/3 c
soy sauce
1/3 c
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/8 tsp
garlic powder
chuck roast 2-3 pounds

How to Make Whiskey Grilled Chuck Roast


  • 1Combine whiskey, brown sugar, soy sauce, water, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and garlic powder; mix well.
  • 2Place roast into a plastic bag; add marinade and seal.
  • 3Place in a dish; refrigerate overnight, turning occasionally.
  • 4Grill over medium coals about 20 to 25 minutes per side for medium.
  • 5Baste occasionally with marinade.
  • 6To serve, cut into thin slices.
  • 7Serves 4 to 6.
