whatever i could find in the cabinet "chili"
So, my dad is visiting and I needed something quick to fix that I knew he could eat. It's cold and rainy and I was not going back out to the store. For a minute I did not know how it would turn out. All I can say is "Look at what God did"!!

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground round hamburger meat
- 3 cans rotel diced tomatos & green chiles(10oz)
- 1 can kidney beans, canned
- 1 can pork and beans(10oz)
- 1 clove garlic(chopped)
- 1 medium onion(chopped)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons oregano, dried
- 1 1/2 tablespoons crushed red pepper
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sweet basil
- 2 dashes salt and pepper
How To Make whatever i could find in the cabinet "chili"

Step 1Place ground beef in a med-large pot.

Step 2Cook over medium-high heat until evenly brown. Drain all fat except 2 tablespoons.

Step 3Add the garlic and onion, cook and stir until tender

Step 4Add all other ingredients to hamburger.

Step 5Simmer for 1 hour.

Step 6NOTE: I actually put everything in the crock pot on medium and forgot about it for 2 hours.
