warm chipped beef dip
I received this recipe from a teacher at work who brought it to a buffet. It is SO good! It also is just fine on the buffet table even at room temp. Creamy, spreadable and delicious!

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 ounces jar of dried beef, rinsed, dried and cut into small pieces
- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3-4 tablespoons milk (just enough to make this spread spreadable)
- 1 medium onion, chopped ( i use 2 tablesppons)
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make warm chipped beef dip

Step 1Combine all ingredients, adding milk last, and just until it is spreadable to your liking. (at least 3 Tablespoons of milk, more if you like it thinner)Mix very well (this is where the Kitchen Aide comes in handy. You want it very blended and smooth.)

Step 2Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with crackers and breads.
