I received this recipe from a teacher at work who brought it to a buffet. It is SO good! It also is just fine on the buffet table even at room temp. Creamy, spreadable and delicious!

Ingredients For warm chipped beef dip

  • 2 1/2 oz
    jar of dried beef, rinsed, dried and cut into small pieces
  • 16 oz
    cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 c
    mayo
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 3-4 Tbsp
    milk (just enough to make this spread spreadable)
  • 1 md
    onion, chopped ( i use 2 tablesppons)
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make warm chipped beef dip

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients, adding milk last, and just until it is spreadable to your liking. (at least 3 Tablespoons of milk, more if you like it thinner)Mix very well (this is where the Kitchen Aide comes in handy. You want it very blended and smooth.)

    Place in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serve with crackers and breads.
