- - 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- - cooking spray
- - 1 pkg. sweet butter lettuce blend, 6.5 oz
- - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- - 1/2 cup thinly sliced english cucumber
- - 3/4 cup reduced fat sour cream
- - 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- - 2 tsp. chopped fresh chives
- - 2 1/2 tsp., prepared horseradish
- - 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- - 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
How To Make w.w.steak salad with creamy horseradish dressing

Step 1Prepare grill. Sprinkle steaks evenly with salt and pepper. Put steaks on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Grill 5 minutes on each side or til desired degree of doneness. let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Step 2While steak stands, mix lettuce, tomato and cucumber in large bowl; divide evenly among 4 plates. In small bowl, mix sour cream, red onion and next 4 ingredients, stirring with a whisk til well blended.

Step 3Top salads with steak slices. Drizzle salads evenly with dressing. Makes 4 servings.
