Ingredients
- BEEF MARINADE
- 1 pound shaved rib eye
- 1 teaspoon ginger minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
- NOODLE SAUCE
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon each oyster sauce, fish sauce, hoisin sauce, soy sauce.
- FOR THE DISH.
- 1/2 pound rice noodles cooked drained and set aside.
- 1/2 bunch broccolini
- 3 baby bok choy
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 3 stalks green onions chopped
- cilantro, basil, and hoisin for serving
How To Make vietnamese beef stir fry with rice noodles

Step 1Cut the beef into thin strips. Mix the beef marinade together and add the beef. Let marinate about 1 hour.

Step 2Blanch the brocollini and baby bok choy in boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and chop. Mix the noodle sauce together set aside.

Step 3In a wok or large skillet add the oil. Add the beef and cook 1 minute. Add the noodles and the sauce and stir fry 20 seconds. Add the bok choy and broccolini and stir fry 1 minutes. Add the green onions and bean sprouts. Plate the stir fry then top with cilantro and basil. Could even add some crushed nuts and more hoisin sauce.
