idaho potato per person
1.5 slice
large vidalia onion per person
salt and freshly ground pepper

How to Make Vidalia Beef Patty


  • 1On a piece of heavily buttered foil, place beef patty, topped with potato, topped with onion.
  • 2Top onion with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.
  • 3Salt and pepper heavily.
  • 4Twist foil together at top to enclose package.
  • 5Place packages in ovenproof dish or on baking sheet.
  • 6Bake at 350 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
