vicky teich's meatloaf
(1 RATING)
I seem to have started collecting meatloaf recipes! This one is from a former collegue whose mom (or was it grandma) used to serve this to the kids for supper on their first day of school each year. Vicky used to invite any new teachers (she is a teacher herself) to her house for supper on the first day of school. She was so great to open up her home to new people!! Oh, and she served this with homemade scalloped potatoes and garden fresh tomatoes and other vegies. Very delish meal!!
