    butter
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    steak sauce
  • 3 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 2.5 lb
    venison steaks

How to Make Venison Steaks

Step-by-Step

  1. Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; add garlic powder, steak sauce, and worcestershire sauce; mix well.
  2. Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
  3. Place steaks on broiler pan.
  4. Brush on sauce, then broil 5 minutes; turn and brush sauce on other side.
  5. Broil for 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
  6. Use sauce generously.
