  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup steak sauce
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2.5 pounds venison steaks

How To Make venison steaks

  • Step 1
    Melt butter in saucepan over low heat; add garlic powder, steak sauce, and worcestershire sauce; mix well.
  • Step 2
    Bring to boil, then remove from heat.
  • Step 3
    Place steaks on broiler pan.
  • Step 4
    Brush on sauce, then broil 5 minutes; turn and brush sauce on other side.
  • Step 5
    Broil for 5 minutes or to desired doneness.
  • Step 6
    Use sauce generously.
