- 1 can sweet peas, 8.5 ounces

- 5 - medium potatoes, diced
- 4 - celery stalks, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 - beef bouillon cubes
- 1 - bay leaf
- 2 teaspoons kitchen bouquet
- 1 - celery stalk, chopped
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
How To Make venison-beef stew

Step 1Cut up venison and beef into bite size pieces.

Step 2Sprinkle with meat tenderizer.

Step 3Let set for 10 minutes; then brown meat.

Step 4Add water and rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.

Step 5Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender.

Step 6Use large 4-quart pot.
