Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 3/4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1/2 pound (8 oz.) velveeta , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • - salt and pepper to taste

How To Make velveeta cheeseburger mac

  • Step 1
    In large non-stick skillet, brown the beef, salt and pepper to taste; drain.
  • Step 2
    In large saucepan, add the water, ketchup and onion powder and mix until well blended. Bring to a boil and stir in elbow's, cover and simmer on medium-low until macaroni is tender, about 8 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Stir in the Velveeta cheese and cook until thoroughly melted. 10 points per serving
