Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 3/4 cups water
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1/2 pound (8 oz.) velveeta , cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- - salt and pepper to taste
How To Make velveeta cheeseburger mac

Step 1In large non-stick skillet, brown the beef, salt and pepper to taste; drain.

Step 2In large saucepan, add the water, ketchup and onion powder and mix until well blended. Bring to a boil and stir in elbow's, cover and simmer on medium-low until macaroni is tender, about 8 minutes.

Step 3Stir in the Velveeta cheese and cook until thoroughly melted. 10 points per serving
