• Step 1
  First slice your velveeta into slices, shred your potatoes..Then fry your tortillas each lay them on paper towels , then fry your hambuger and add your shredded potatoes & chopped up onion then drain the grease , Then take each tortilla and add your meat mixture and a piece of cheese and wrap each taco in foil then put all them in a casserole dish and bake at 400 for 20mins...
• Step 2
  Fill tacos with tomoatoes,lettuce & salsa... These are sooo good everyone loves them !!!
