I like lettuce and tomato with mayo on mine. Some add cheese. These are wonderfully savory hamburgers!

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef (85/15 or 80/20 works best)
- 1 cup shredded or finely diced carrots
- 1 medium diced green bell pepper
- 1 medium diced yellow onion
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 package hamburger buns (8 ct)
How To Make veggie burgers

Step 1Mix all ingredients together.

Step 2Divide into 8 patties.

Step 3Broil the patties on a broiler pan for 15 minutes on each side.

Step 4Place finished burgers on a bun with your favorite toppings.
