Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 small green pepper
- 1/2 - head cabbage
- 2 small onions
- 3 large carrits
- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1 cup oats, regular
- 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
How To Make vegetable filled meat loaf

Step 1Grind first 6 ingredients in food chopper. Mix with meat and add rest of ingredients. Combine well. Shape into loaf for a 9x5x3 inch pan and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
