How to Make Veal Parmigiano
1Melt butter in 10x6x1 1/2 inch baking dish in a 400 F oven.
Combine crumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper
2Cut veal into serving pieces: dip into egg, then into crumb mixture.
Place in baking dish.
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.
3Turn meat; bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until tender.
4Meanwhile, combine tomato sauce, oregano, sugar, and onion slat; heat to boiling, stirring frequently.
5Pour sauce over meat.
Top with cheese.
Return to oven to melt cheese.
