- 1 - serving romano cheese
- dash salt
- dash pepper
- dash celery leaves
- 1 medium potato, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 - serving mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 - piece veal, sliced thin
How To Make veal parmigana, mom's

Step 1Bread veal or pork with a mixture of crumbs, romano, salt, pepper and celery leaves. Brown in oil then oil the bottom of a baking pan and layer with potatoes. Salt the potatoes. Layer meat on top, then tomato. Cover and bake at 350 degrees 1 hour, add cheese and bake covered 20 min.
