Ingredients
- 4 veal scallopini
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups italian bread crumbs
- vegetable oil
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 cups spaghetti sauce
- fresh shredded parmigiano- reggiano
- fresh basil chopped
How To Make veal parmesan

Step 1Mix the eggs and Parmesan together. Place bread crumbs on a plate. Dip each piece of veal in the egg mixture. Dredge in bread crumbs

Step 2Place oil in a skillet and cook the veal until browned on both sides. Spray a baking pan and lay the veal on bottom.

Step 3Sprinkle Mozzarella over veal. Pour the Spaghetti sauce over the top.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve garnished with basil and Parmigiano-Reggiano
