Ingredients

  • 4 veal scallopini
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups italian bread crumbs
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups spaghetti sauce
  • fresh shredded parmigiano- reggiano
  • fresh basil chopped

How To Make veal parmesan

  • Step 1
    Mix the eggs and Parmesan together. Place bread crumbs on a plate. Dip each piece of veal in the egg mixture. Dredge in bread crumbs
  • Step 2
    Place oil in a skillet and cook the veal until browned on both sides. Spray a baking pan and lay the veal on bottom.
  • Step 3
    Sprinkle Mozzarella over veal. Pour the Spaghetti sauce over the top.
  • Step 4
    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve garnished with basil and Parmigiano-Reggiano
