- 80 - already breaded veal
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon basil, dried
- 1 tablespoon oregano, dried
- 1 tablespoon garlic
- cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
How To Make veal cutlets

Step 1in batches brown veal cutlets

Step 2in med size pot add tomato sauce, seasoning, bring to a simmer.

Step 3in a 6in hotel pan, add some sauce to cover bottom of pan. add veal over lapping slightly, ladle more sauce over top. sprinkle with cheese. and bake for 45 min, thermometer reads 160, well done

Step 4you will need 2 or maybe 3 pans to fit all the veal in i am not sure how many will fit in one pan
