Ingredients

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1
    onion, chopped
  • 1
    pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1 jar(s)
    pizza sauce
  • 2+ c
    mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can(s)
    8 oz. crescent rolls
  • ·
    mccormick pizza seasoning

How to Make Upside Down Pizza

Step-by-Step

  1. Brown hamburger, onions, pepper and garlic. Drain. Add pizza sauce and McCormick pizza seasoning as desired.
  2. Spread meat mixture on the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish. Put cheese on top.
  3. Then without separating the crescent rolls, unroll and put on top of cheese. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes or until rolls are golden brown.
