This is a quick but wonderfully delicious meal! Kids luv it too, because they can even help with some of the prep! I always seems to make mine with too much cheese..lol

Ingredients For upside-down pizza

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 c
    sauce, spaghetti or pizza
  • 2 c
    shredded cheese (your choice)
  • 1 can
    crescent rolls

How To Make upside-down pizza

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350.
  • 2
    Brown ground beef, while adding any seasonings of your choice.Drain.

    Add sauce of choice to beef and heat.

    Spread beef mixture in an oven-safe casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

    Open can of crescent rolls. Unfurl the rolls and place evenly on top of cheese.

    Cook for 9-12 minutes, or until rolls are lightly browned.

    Let rest for 5 minutes. When serving each portion, flip so "crust" is on the bottom. Enjoy! :-)
