Ingredients

1 lb
ground turkey
1/2 c
chopped onion
1 pkg
chopped green peppers (4-5 cups if fresh)
1 can(s)
diced tomatoes
1 c
uncooked rice
2 c
shredded cheese
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp
italian seasoning
4 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c
water
1
small can of tomato sauce

How to Make UNstuffed peppers

Step-by-Step

  • 1brown turkey onions, and green peppers for 5 minutes. season with salt and pepper
  • 2preheat oven to 350
  • 3stir in the tomatoes, seasoning, rice, water and worch. cover and simmer until the rice is done. (about 10-15 minutes)
  • 4when thats done stir in half of the cheese. Pour into a baking dish and top with the tomato sauce and rest of cheese. Bake 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and turkey is cooked through
