Ingredients
- 1 1/2-2 pounds ground beef
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 small cabbage chopped
- 2 cans (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
How To Make unstuffed cabbage rolls

Step 1In large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and onion and cook stirring until meat is no longer pink and onion is tender.

Step 2Add garlic and continue cooking for 1 minute. Add chopped cabbage, tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, salt and pepper.

Step 3Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes until cabbage is tender.
