Ingredients

  • 6
    thick cut ribeye steaks (or your favorite cut)
  • 1 bottle
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 bottle
    abita amber beer (or any amber beer)
  • 1
    head of garlic, crushed
  • 1 jar(s)
    horseradish

How to Make Ultimate Steaks

Step-by-Step

  1. Place steaks in a pan deep enough to hold the marinade.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together beer, worcestershire sauce, garlic and horseradish. Pour over steaks, and allow 12- 24 hours to marinate.
  3. Put them on the grill, and cook to perfection!
