Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds london broil, salted and grilled
- 1 large onions, sliced and sauteed
- 4 - greek flatbreads
- 1 - avocado, sliced
- 4 ounces neufchatel cheese blended with nalley's jalapeno relish

Step 1Grill London Broil to your taste (we cooked it approx 12 mins on each side. You may like it rarer). After meat is finished let rest on cutting board for 10 mins. Slice in thin slices.

Step 2Meanwhile, saute onion until carmelized.

Step 3Blend Neufchatel cheese with a small amt of Nalley's jalapeno relish. The amt you use depends on how hot you like things. I used about 1 tsp. of relish to 4 oz. of cheese.

Step 4Warm Greek flatbread in microwave until soft and pliable. Spread Neufchatel mixture all over flatbread.

Step 5Place a few avocado slices on spread. Next, a few slices of meat. Then some of the sauteed onions. Enjoy!
