  Peel and boil potatoes enough for 6 servings.

  Cook crumbled pork sausage, cook until done, and salt pepper and flour, brown flour with sausage, add milk, making a milk gravy.

  Place cooked chicken fried steaks in casserole dish, spread mash potatoes over them, and pour sausage gravy over the top and bake for 45 minutes. Serves 6 to 8 people.
