  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 teaspoons white vineger
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

How To Make tx grilled jalepeno burgers

  • Step 1
have your meat ready- if you like to add stuff to you burgers you can. I dont I like it plain for this recipe. make 2 pattys ( pat pretty thin) as big as you like them. cover the bottom with cream cheese- dont be afraid use lots, then place your peppers on top of the c/cheese.Place the other patty on top and seal all around tight. Use some salt and black pepper on top and put the grill. cook until burger is done then make your sauce and base your burger and let it kinda sizzle on the burger. Heat your buns if you like and enjoy!!!
  • Step 2
To make the sauce .....mix the last 6 ingredients listed above in mixing bowl. The sauce will last up to 2 or 3 weeks in refrigator.
