Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can great northern beans or white kidney (cannellini ) beans, rinsed and drained
How To Make two bean chili

Step 1In medium skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef, green pepper, onion, chili powder ad black pepper until beef is browned, stirring to separate meat. Pour off fat.

Step 2Add tomato juice and beans and heat through. Top with you choice of toppings from sour cream to green onions, cheese and tomato, or avocado.
